The album "The Cell," released in 2019 by Alexandre Cruz, known as "Sesper," as part of his solo project ACruz Sesper, is available in both digital and 12" LP vinyl formats. The vinyl LP includes a bonus disc from the ACruz Sesper Trio project, made possible through a collaboration between Submarine Records, Rolo Seco Discos, and Assustado Discos.

"The Cell" album features 10 tracks, all composed and performed by Alexandre Cruz. He recorded all the tracks in his room using a 4-channel cassette tape porta studio with the following setup: programmed electronic drums, bass, guitar, keyboard, and vocals. The album combines a Lo-Fi sonic aesthetic with melodies and structures reminiscent of New Wave Post-Punk.

The album was mixed and finalized by Sandro Garcia at Estúdio Quadrophenia, known for its work with bands like Continental Combo, Rakta, Futuro, Modulares, Cadáver em Transe, among others. It was mastered in the United Kingdom by Daniel Husayn from the band Red Dons at the North London Bomb Factory Mastering studio.
